It’s like the Death Star on earth! The Ryugyong Hotel in North Korea is the world’s 22nd largest skyscraper has no occupancy for two years and will likely remain so forever!
As seen below the 105-story building is hideous and dominates the Pyongyang skyline like some twisted North Korean version of a sinister castle.
The 3,000-room ugly hotel consists of a series of three gray 328-foot long concrete wings shaped into a steep pyramid. With 75 degree sides that rise to an apex of 1,083 feet, the Hotel of Doom is probably the worst designed building in the world!
Apparently the Communist regime routinely covers up it’s embarassment by airbrushing the building in images to make it look like it’s open or cropping it out of pictures completely!
