More people would turn up to see the 26 January Republic Day parade if we learnt a lesson from Brazil’s Rio Carnival.
It’s an incredible extravaganza of dance, music and color. Plus naked women of course. And apparently it’s perfectly fine to be 99.9% naked in the parade – but no-one dare be ‘completely’ nude.
Vivianne Castro learnt the hard way as her group lost valuable points to a rival team after her only piece of clothing – a 1.6 inch glitter – fell off during the festivities.
