We’re not sure what the figure for Indian women is but more than 90% of them in UK admit pleasuring themselves.

In the Gossard Big M survey carried out recently two-thirds of women said they went solo three times a week, with women in London finding the time for four sessions every seven days.

Apparently, the trend is a large change from just two decades ago when the numbers were substantially lower at about 60%.

“One of the best things about pleasing ourselves is that it gives us more confidence when we’re intimate with our partners – we communicate better and feel more satisfied which is good for everyone.”
