An Aston Martin DBS worth US$ 230,000 (Rs.1 crore) used for filming the most recent James Bond movie, Quantum of Solace, had plunged into Lake Garda, in Italy, when Fraser Dunn, an Aston Martin technician who was driving the car to the set lost control, piled thorugh an iron railing and plunged into the lake.

Although the car was completely destroyed it eventually ended up making money for the producers of the movie when a private collector paid about $350,000 for the wreck.
