Over the centuries books have been banned for all sorts of reasons – though political opinion and sex seem to be the top reasons that are likely to get Governments to prevent literature reaching people.
The Degree Directory has compiled a list of 25 such books – including Ulysses, Lady Chatterley’s Lover and Annie On My Mind and has thankfully provided some links where you can read them for free.

the list is absurd….many books listed are not banned and i have purchased them..plz dun fool the public.
